When receiving goods delivered by a transport company, it is extremely important to follow a certain order of actions
1) First, before signing the acceptance documents and accepting the cargo, carefully inspect the packaging. Make sure there is no damage such as dents, tears, ruptures, or bends.
2) If there are no visible damages to the packaging, you can accept the cargo and sign the documents. However, immediately after that, in the presence of a representative of the transport company, it is necessary to open the packaging and check the goods for mechanical defects and completeness.
3) If chips, dents, scratches, or incomplete completeness are found, be sure to draw up a Report of identified deficiencies. This document must be signed by an employee of the transport company. Also take photos of the damaged packaging, product defects, and factory markings (model, serial number). Then send us this information through the feedback form. We will consider your request and take all necessary steps to resolve the situation.
Important to remember: when receiving goods from a transport company, be sure to open the packaging and inspect the goods. If damage or incomplete completeness is found, refuse to accept the cargo, draw up a Refusal Report indicating the reason, and arrange a return at the sender's expense.
